Checkout and order privacy
The collection opens on Lemon Squeezy for payment, receipts and file access. This notice explains that purchase flow and the separately retained internal payment tests.
Checkout stays with Lemon Squeezy.
Our collection button opens Lemon Squeezy's hosted checkout. Lemon Squeezy asks the adult buyer for contact, billing and payment details and handles payment, tax, receipts and file access under its privacy policy. Little Disguises does not receive your full card number.
We can access buyer and order information in Lemon Squeezy, including name, email, billing location, product, amount, payment status and order reference. We use it for fulfillment, purchase support, refunds and required transaction records. We do not use purchase or support information to send marketing.
This hosted purchase does not create a Little Disguises account or a record in our separate internal test-order database. Its receipt and purchase history are provided by Lemon Squeezy.
Receipts and later file access
Use the file-access button in your Lemon Squeezy receipt to download the purchased files. Keep the receipt and access links private; someone with an access link may be able to open the purchase.
To find purchases later, visit Lemon Squeezy's My Orders using your checkout email. Lemon Squeezy sends a secure sign-in link to that email. My Orders shows the files currently available for your purchased product or option.
If a file is unavailable, email our support address with the order number and a short description. Do not forward private file-access links or payment details.
Website and checkout hosting
The public website uses Cloudflare Pages; local previews run on a local server. The live collection checkout, receipt and file access open on Lemon Squeezy. Those providers receive technical information needed to deliver and secure requests, including connection IP addresses and request information.
Hosting logs follow provider settings and policies: Cloudflare and Lemon Squeezy. We do not promise that hosting logs are absent. Our site adds no tracking pixels, embedded analytics, child accounts or worksheet/photo uploads. Provider checkout processing follows its own policies.
Separate internal payment tests
Retained Adventure and Workshop checkouts marked Test Mode use test details and make no real charge. Do not enter a real card there. Lemon Squeezy disables downloads for test purchases. Test orders are separate from live purchases and do not establish customer file delivery.
How test order links are handled
The Cloudflare-hosted test service stores an order reference, hashed access key, creation/expiry dates and revocation flag. It does not store buyer names, emails, card details, raw payment events or receipt URLs in that order database. Its private access links last up to 30 days from test checkout creation; refunds or invalidation can revoke them sooner. Tokens stay in the URL fragment and page memory, with no automatic browser storage. Copying a link places it in the clipboard; browser history, clipboard history or sync may retain it.
Short-lived rate limits use keyed connection-IP hashes lasting one minute or one hour, without storing raw IPs in that database. Expired references and buckets are removed when requests trigger cleanup, so inactive service records can persist until later cleanup. Hosting logs follow Cloudflare's privacy policy. These test links and database limits are not a promise of live purchase history on this website.
Support and privacy requests
Email ai.key.creator@gmail.com. We use your email and message to reply through Gmail under Google's privacy policy. Please leave out card details, passwords, private access links, children's names, photos and school worksheets.
Support and merchant transaction information is retained as needed to provide support, manage disputes and meet legal or accounting duties. Provider-held records follow provider policies. You may ask about access, correction or deletion using the same support email; information that must be retained may not be deleted immediately.
